Toprent: migratie van Citrix naar AVD (Online versie van Topaccount/Topadmin/Topfuel): Oct 16, 2024 18:55 - Oct 17, 2024 04:55 CEST
Alle gebruikers van Toprent (De online versie van Topaccount, Topadmin en Topfuel (Lodder)) worden binnenkort gemigreerd van Citrix naar AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop).
Na de migratie zal de inlogprocedure wijzigen.

Korte onderbreking voor systeemonderhoud Oct 21, 2024 23:00-23:30 CEST
Op maandag 21 oktober 2024 om 23:00 uur voeren wij kort onderhoud uit aan onze systemen.
Tijdens deze tijd kunt u tijdelijk hinder ondervinden bij het gebruik van onze diensten, maar we verwachten dat alles snel weer beschikbaar zal zijn.

Dit onderhoud duurt slechts kort, en de diensten zullen binnen enkele minuten na de herstart weer volledig operationeel zijn.

We raden u aan om uw werkzaamheden tijdig af te ronden vóór de start van het onderhoud.

Cette maintenance sera brève et les services devraient être pleinement opérationnels quelques minutes après le redémarrage.

There still are some outages concerning the connection between Adsolut and the cloud software. We are monitoring the situation closely.

Our Cloud Platform is unstable, causing a degradation of the performance for Adsolut Personenbelasting, Fiscale simulaties and Adsolut Jaarrekening. This also impacts the working of our API connection.
Resolved - The services of Adsolut Personenbelasting/Impôt des personnes physiques, and printing of the reports in Adsolut Jaarrekening/Comptes Annuels and Financial Plan are operational again. We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Mails sent from Adsolut KMO Cloud returns an error stating "Unable to connect to remote server".
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Emails are being sent again - confirmed by on multiple instances.
